We called and Ramzi answered the phone (no message) and scheduled to stop by the same day. He advised what was the problem and came back the next morning (Saturday) and repaired as discussed. When he finished, he went over the changes he made. We were very pleased with his work and the time he spent to review the new system.

I highly recommend this service. We had an issue with our old commercial garage door opener. He came to our aid very quickly, was very well educated about the issue we were having and explained everything about what happened, how he planned to fix it, what the process would be. The pricing was more than fair. This was such an honest and pleasant experience!

Integrity came out on agreed upon date and time as promised. They reinstalled garage door with smooth operation after a previous botched installation job from another door company. Technician Ramzi provided fair and honest pricing. Insured the install was to my satisfaction! I called back for work for another location and received the same high level of courteous and prompt service as expected. Definitely Recommend this company!

Tico did a fabulous job. Our garage door was old and not a common size. Also, the drive mechanism was off center. Tico explained what he was doing to correct this issue and did not charge anything additional. That doesn’t happen often today. I would recommend them to everyone

I called Integrity garage door repair around 4pm on a Monday afternoon after a malfunction with my sliding gate. I was told someone could come out same day to look at the sliding gate between 5pm and 7pm. The technician, Integrity garage door repair was at my door by 5pm! Integrity garage door repair quickly assessed the situation, gave me a quote and completed the repair within an hour.
